What it was
This project was built to bring document-heavy factory operations under one roof. The goal was to give the team a single, clear place to manage invoices, stock, and daily paperwork — instead of chasing files across desktops and inboxes.

An internal system that streamlines invoices, stock, and document-heavy workflows in one clean place.
A backoffice built to bring order to invoice-heavy operations. Documents, stock, and daily flows finally live in one system the team can actually rely on.
Problem
In document-heavy work, information scatters fast. Invoices get tracked by hand, statuses get confused, history becomes hard to trace, and every manual step slows operations down and adds risk.
Solution
Invoices, products, customers, payments, stock, and document processing are unified in one system. An OCR layer for scanning documents was added on top, cutting manual data entry to the minimum.
